How to Join
Joining SHRM is an easy process. You may contact any of the K-State Chapter officers listed on this website for the applications and help with the initial procedures. Steps in joining the organization are listed below:
- Come to our meeting, check us out, and sign up there! Find a list of meetings
on the Agenda page.
- Contact Advisor Valerie Evans for a student membership application and submit it with payment to SHRM.
- Student dues are $35/year for national membership in SHRM. There is an
additional $20 annual club due ($10 per semester) for the local K-State Chapter.
- You will receive one full year of service beginning at the time your application is processed by the national office.
- Feel free to contact any listed officer with any questions about SHRM.
To achieve the purposes of the Society, both the K-State chapter and the nation organization ensure that there is no discrimination in individual memberships or chapter affiliation because of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran's status or sexual orientation.
